“I would like to thank Chris as I had been suffering with rheumatoid arthritis since I was 3 1/2 years old and I am now 21. For about 4 years I had a problem with my left ankle joint and I couldn’t move it very well. It was constantly painful and I struggled to do anything. I went to Chris with an open mind. I was scared that it would flare up or be extremely painful. But Chris was really gentle and got my ankle moving more with no pain what so ever. Now I am in New Zealand running about and I am about to start a job on a dairy farm. Actually able to put boots on and go out on hikes. I would recommend it to anyone, even if it is just a one off go. It took me ages to finally get it looked at but it’s the best thing I could have possibly done. All of the doctors I have seen had told me they can’t do anything for me, within half an hour, Chris had nearly full movement in it and no pain” –Paige

My first visit to Chris was when I put my back out and Chris was brilliant! He made a huge difference to my back on the first visit and gave me instructions on how to ease the problem at home, which really helped. I have visited him several times since for various problems and he has always been able to help in a short space of time. He can be trusted not to prolong treatment schedules unnecessarily and I heartily recommend him”- Val

“I highly recommend Chris who was friendly and very approachable. Consummate professional with deep knowledge of what’s required for my treatment. With Chris’ dedication and caring nature, I now feel more confident and in control with a toolkit to not only gain strength and stability. The treatment, advice and exercises I’ve been given have been excellent”- John -(Parkinson’s sufferer).

“After many years of chronic back and leg pain I began seeing Chris on a regular basis, this has definitely helped with the severity of the pain and I have always found him very friendly and extremely knowledgeable in his field. He always keeps up with the latest techniques and I would have no hesitation recommending him”- Richard

“A healthcare colleague recommended Chris to me, back in 2008 when I had a work related back injury. Chris has worked in partnership with me to promote my long term health benefits ever since. He has magic hands! I love his passion for the job. He has commitment and drive to constantly improve his knowledge and apply new techniques, to ensure his patients have the best outcome (and value for money!). Chris is friendly, he takes time to get to know his patients, responding promptly to their needs; always treating you with courtesy and dignity. I never hesitate to recommend him to colleagues, friends and family”- Jane

“I went to see Chris on recommendation from my son as I had severe back pain caused by arthritis. I was very impressed by the service I received, both by Chris’s friendly approach and by the results he achieved in such a short space of time. I also have a long standing problem with my left leg and he went one step further to enable me to see a consultant. I would fully recommend his practice”- Jenny

“In July, I had severe pain in my lower back, but I was very fortunate to be staying with family near to Chris Havelock. He kindly came to my rescue, identified the problem and treated me. I was impressed with his manner, his efficiency, his skill and his ability to put me at ease. I would highly recommend him”.-Maureen
